The building is located directly in the center of the image. It has s small window at top and a boarded up door below. The building is painted in blues, grays, and tan. It appears to be a fall day. The leaves and ground are painted in yellows and oranges with hints of green throughout. There is a lone black branch on the ground int he LLC of the foreground. Two mostly bare birch (?) trees are on the right in the foreground and extend off the page. Signed "Summers '91" in LRC in brown watercolor.
